Sol Beauty – Policies
 

At Sol Beauty, we are dedicated to providing high-quality hair, makeup, and eyebrow services in a professional, clean, and client-focused environment. To maintain fairness and ensure a smooth experience for all clients and staff, the following policies are strictly enforced.

1. Deposit Policy

To secure your booking with Sol Beauty, a deposit is required at the time of scheduling your appointment.

Deposit Requirements

Required Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for all services including haircutting, makeup, and eyebrow treatments.

How to Pay: Deposits can be paid via online booking system, credit/debit card, or UPI/bank transfer if arranged directly.

Final Billing: The deposit amount will be deducted from your total bill at the time of service completion.

Terms

Deposits are required to confirm your slot. No appointment is secured without a deposit.

Deposit is non-transferable between clients and cannot be applied to another booking unless rescheduled with proper notice (see cancellation policy).

2. Cancellation Policy

We value your time, and in return, we ask that you respect ours. Last-minute cancellations result in lost income and missed opportunities for other clients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

48 Hours Notice Required: You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Late Cancellations (less than 48 hours): You will forfeit your deposit. Rescheduling will require a new deposit.

No-shows: Failing to show up without prior notice will result in a 100% service fee charge.

Emergency Cancellations

We understand emergencies happen. If you have a valid reason (illness, emergency, etc.), please contact us immediately. We may offer a one-time grace reschedule upon management approval.

3. Refund Policy

At Sol Beauty, we stand behind the quality of our beauty services. However, due to the nature of personal care, our refund policies are strict.

Service Refunds

No Refunds for Completed Services: Once a haircut, makeup, or eyebrow service is completed, no refunds will be provided.

Corrections & Adjustments: If you are unhappy with your result, please notify us within 24 hours. We will offer one free correction appointment to meet expectations, depending on the concern.

Product Refunds

Returnable: Unopened, unused retail products can be returned within 7 days with a receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Non-returnable: Opened, used, or tampered products are non-refundable due to hygiene standards.

Deposit Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable unless Sol Beauty cancels the appointment and cannot reschedule.

Client Agreement

By booking a service with Sol Beauty, you agree to the terms stated in our deposit, refund, and cancellation policies. These guidelines help us run our salon smoothly while respecting the time and trust of all our clients.
