COVID-19 UPDATE
COVID-19 INSTRUCTIONS
  • Upon arriving please stay in your vehicle and call (908-574-3123) to alert us of your arrival , until instructed to come into the building(please do not go inside or wait at door).

  • You will be instructed to have your temperature taken outside our establishment; it must be below 100.4 F in order to be serviced. 

  • Once you are entering you will be required to fill out a COVID-19 form sanitize/wash your hands before starting any service.

  • Masks are required and must be kept on for the full duration of the appointment.

  • Flatten the curve, come alone! Please don't bring children or others to your appointment.

COVID-19 INFORMATION
  • There is currently no vaccine to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

  • The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus.

  • If soap and water are not available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.

  • Be alert for symptoms. Watch for fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other symptoms of COVID-19.

  • Take your temperature if symptoms develop.

    • Don’t take your temperature within 30 minutes of exercising or after taking medications that could lower your temperature, like acetaminophen.

COVID-19 UPDATES, GUIDELINES, INFORMATION

LASHES

If you book a fill, and arrive with less than 50% lashes, we will suggest extra time (as permissible). If extra time is refused, we will accommodate within the allotted time, however, we will be unable to guarantee 100% coverage. Lash fills are permitted within the first 3 weeks, after which time, it is considered to be a full set. Please report any early fall out, or service complaints, within 72 hours.

CANCELLATION

As a courtesy, we ask that adequate notice is provided for any cancellations or rescheduling. If a cancellation is not provided at least 2 hours in advance, there will be a 50% fee of services scheduled; a 100% fee will be applied to no-shows or appointments cancelled on the day of service.

CARD ON FILE

A valid credit card is required to book your appointment. This card will only be used as a preauthorization, and no hold amount will be placed to your card.

REFUNDS

Please note that Sol Beauty does not offer refunds. However, if you experience an allergic reaction from your extensions, we will offer a free removal and/or alternative accommodations.

LATE POLICY

We do understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and we will do our best to accommodate accordingly. However, if you are more than 7 minutes late, it will be up to the discretion of your stylist to evaluate what service can be offered in the remaining time. Please note that in certain circumstances an alternative service, or rescheduling, may be necessary.
